These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on www.atelierfiks.com, operated by Atelier Fiks, located at Sint Antoniusstraat 23, 2520 Ranst, Belgium

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

We design and produce:

  • Made-to-order handmade products
  • Ready-made limited edition products

All items are made with uttermost care. As handmade goods may display minor natural variations, these are not considered defects.Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Your order becomes final once payment has been processed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information
  • Suspicion of fraud
  • Unavailability of materials (you will be refunded)

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR, including VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are shown during checkout.

Accepted payment methods depend on the checkout.

Your order is only shipped after full payment has been received.

5. Shipping

We ship from Belgium to countries within Europe.

Estimated Production & Shipping Times
  • Made-to-order items: production time is stated on each product page.
  • Ready-made items: shipped within 2 workdays after receiving the payment.

Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier and are outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Made-to-Order Products

Made-to-order items are customized and produced especially for you.
According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16, they cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.

6.2 Ready-Made Limited Editions

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Refund is issued after inspection

We may refuse the refund if the returned item shows signs of use or damage.

6.3 Defective or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund the item.

7. Warranty

Consumers within the EU are entitled to a 2-year legal warranty for manufacturing defects.

This does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse or incorrect care
  • Damage caused by accidents or modifications

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, and products on this website are the property of Atelier Fiks.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

9. Privacy

We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

10. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Loss or damage after delivery
  • Improper use of the product
  • Third-party service errors (payment providers, hosting, etc.)

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.

11. Applicable Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
In case of a dispute, Belgian courts have jurisdiction.

Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR).

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The newest version applies to all future orders and is always available on our website.
