Refund and Returns Policy

1. Made-to-Order Products (Custom Orders)

All made-to-order items are produced specifically for you.
According to EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16), these customized products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@atelierfiks.com with photos, and we will find a solution.

2. Ready-Made & Limited Edition Products

Our ready-made items are unique, one-of-a-kind products.
For these items, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the order.

Conditions for returns

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refund is issued once the item is received and inspected

We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of use or damage.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.

  • Made-to-order/custom products
  • Gift cards 
  • Discounted items 

5. How to Request a Return

Email us at hello@atelierfiks.com  with:

  • Your order number
  • The item you want to return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

We will provide instructions for returning the item.
