Custom made
Why?
Perfect fit
We work around the challenges & opportunities your bike frame offers and optimise it for volume, ergonomics & looks. We differ from other bagmakers by also offering custom tapered shapes for frame & toptube bags.
Optimized storage
Adapt compartments, zippers, dividers etc to what you pack and make better use of the available room.
Premium & durable materials
We choose materials that are generally not offered by mainstream brands for cost reasons. Their margin structure (shop, agent, distributor, brand, factory) doesn’t allow for these upcharges.
Aesthetics
Choose colors & shapes, because we believe beautiful products make life better #art. A product that is loved is a product that lasts because it will get taken care of.
The human side
Finally and maybe one of the most important ones, we get to meet and create this stuff together! The human aspect is for a big part what drives us. It is so nice to have all these exchanges with passionate people. It really is an honour for us to have our bags joining you on your adventures!

Below a glimpse of the setups we built so far to get you inspired.
Armand’s JAEGHER
When a belgian built custom frame meets belgian built custom bags.
This one-of-a-kind rack bag is fully padded to make it self-standing and stable. Equipped with a clean & integrated fixation it is easy to mount & dismount for stops along the way.
The small, ½ frame bag uses a hypalon daisy chain & lace up attachment that is placed specifically to keep the logo’s visible.
Fabric: X-Pac® X11 mountain brown
Armand’s feedback:
“Thank you for the beautiful bags. Truly beautiful craftsmanship! The color is perfect and the rackback is a real eyecatcher. The included card was also lovely. 👍🙂”

Heleen’s SCOTT SCALE (S)
This setup was made for a 4 month bikepacking trip through the Balkans, Georgia & Turkey. She managed to bring everything sleep and dress for the heat/cold along the way.
The full frame bag has a tapered shape for optimal freedom of movement vs packing volume ratio: following the toptube & getting wide at the crank. Mounted how we like it: with mix of lace-on, bolt-on & velcro.
The toptube bag’s specials are the custom & tapered shape plus stretch pockets on both sides.
Combined with a matching SipSnack Station set, unique mini rack/drybag combo, extremely durable Challenge ULTRA™ 200X handle bar bag & shoulder bag on the front. She managed to bring everything she need to cook, camp and manage heat/cold along the way (pack light peaps 🙂 )
Fabrics:
- X-Pac® RX30 recycled polyester – sea foam & plum
- Challenge ULTRA™ 200X – black magic
- UltraGrid™ 210den recycled – silverado

Jozua’s SCOTT SCALE (L)
Made for the same 4 month bikepacking trip (but with a different taste for colors :)). All bags were optimised to fit bulky but great gear. Jozua gets very hyped about these kinds of optimisations.
The full frame bag splits in two and is made to fit a TIGR Mini+ lock up top. The flat compartment on the non-drive side is meant to fit the Picogrill 85 woodstove. The bag also has a tapered shape, getting wide at the bottom.
This SipSnack Station set was sized up to fit one Toaks mug (Dia 94mm) on each side.
The diameter of the drybag upfront was optimised to fit a 2P duo cooking set (Toaks 1600 + 1300ml) set.
Fabrics:
- Challenge ECOPAK™ EPX400 recycled polyester – black
Challenge ULTRA™ 200X – black magic
- UltraGrid™ 210den recycled – black beauty

Max’s GENESIS Tour de Fer
Powered by Max’s legs, this ⅔ frame bag travelled from France to New Zealand. By doing so it claimed the Atelier Fiks record for longest trip.
It is mounted with a mix of velcro & bolt on. A plastic sheet in the rear panel counters the lack of a rear attachment for the zipper on the back. Padding provides stability and cushioning, preventing rattling noises from stuff hitting the frame.
Fabric: X-Pac® VX21 – violet
When we asked what he would change:
“Honestly love it as it is!! The lower pocket is for all the electronics (cables, power bank, chargers), the top one for quick access (gopro and snacks) & the left pocket is for my phone, as it’s too hot to leave it on my handlebars. Not sure I would choose bolt-on again as it makes removing the bag quite a bit slower… but then the bolt-on also looks clean so not sure.”

Sarah’s SCOTT Spark (S)
In order to make the most of this small full suspension frame, we built a full frame + long top tube bag. Both are tapered and thus not only optimally using the outline of the frame but also the available width without compromising knee clearance.
Special about this toptube bag is that we icreased the height where possible while respecting standover height. A full plastic support combined with 3 grippy straps result in a stable & wiggle free ride. Double zipper sliders allow front & rear access. Inside, a vertical divider keeps things in order while the bright orange lining helps to find things.
Sarah’s feedback:
“It’s really perfect. 👌 Quick to install, plenty of storage and I can still stand over the bike with that special shape you gave to the bag. And the color is just so pretty! 🤩 “
Fabric: X-Pac® VX21 – lillac

Wannes & Corneel GAZELLE Colto’s
These two borther’s registered as a pair for an ultra cycling event. Corneel brought out his designer skills and proposed these beautiful colors. These were the first bags to carry the Atelier Fiks logo (also beautifully desinged by Corneel, thanks again!).
Meaning to travel light, they each opted for a 2/3 frame bag in order to still keep one bottle in the frame. A transparent document pocket was included for a quick snack-check. The daisy chain on top meant that toptube bag straps could also keep the frame bag in place. Further velrco & bolt-on was used.
The seam-taped drybag/holster combo meant their sleeping was protected from the elements, yet easy to acces.
Fabrics:
- X-Pac® X11 moonstone
- X-Pac® VX21 navy blue
- X-Pac® RX30 goldenrod
